Display Homes Albury: See What We Build Before You Build

Home/Display Homes

Open for Viewing

The best way to understand the quality of a B&H home is to stand inside one. Our display homes in Albury are open for viewing, giving you the chance to experience the materials, the craftsmanship, and the design thinking that goes into every home we build. These aren't stock display-village homes — they're real B&H builds you can walk through and feel for yourself.

We currently have two display homes open:

  • The 10Fifty2: our award-winning flagship, located on a residential block in town.
  • The 10Fifty2 Horizon: the same design language in a rural setting, on a property just outside Albury.

Between them, they tell the full B&H story: what a contemporary rural home looks like on any block.

Same Design, Different Setting

Two Homes, One Vision

The 10Fifty2 and the 10Fifty2 Horizon are both expressions of the same design philosophy: modern, contemporary homes that belong in the rural landscape. The difference is context.

The 10Fifty2 sits on a residential block in town, proving that the B&H design language works anywhere. The 10Fifty2 Horizon sits on a rural property, showing what happens when the same design thinking meets the landscape it was truly made for.

Together, they demonstrate the range and quality of B&H Homes.

HIA

Our flagship display home — recognised by the Housing Industry Association as the Best Northern Victoria Display Home of the Year for 2025. The 10Fifty2 represents a new direction for B&H Homes: contemporary forms inspired by hay sheds and South Island New Zealand architecture, built with the same rural sensibility that has defined our work since 1978.

The 10Fifty2 Horizon

Built for a private client on a rural property just outside Albury, the 10Fifty2 Horizon carries the same design language into the landscape it was made for. It's a chance to see how that design thinking plays out on acreage rather than a residential block.
