Every B&H home is built to the same standard as our award-winning display homes. We don't have a “display home standard” and a “client home standard.” There's one standard, and it's the highest we can deliver.
If something isn't right, we fix it. That's not a policy. It's how we've always operated.
- All work complies with the NSW Home Building Act and relevant Australian Standards
- Full statutory warranty coverage as required under NSW legislation
- Any defects identified during the defects liability period are rectified at our cost within an agreed timeframe
- A walkthrough inspection at handover with a documented defect list that we sign off on together

We don't believe in surprises. Our in-house estimating team provides realistic cost guidance from the very first conversation, and we track costs alongside design decisions throughout the entire process.
When we give you a number, it's based on decades of building experience and current market costs. If something changes during the build that affects cost, we tell you immediately — you'll never find out at the end.
