B&H Homes is a family building company based in the Albury region of rural New South Wales. Since 1978, we've been designing and constructing custom homes for families across the region, building a reputation for honest work, quality craftsmanship, and genuine care.
Our commitment to that standard was recognised in 2025, when our 10Fifty2 display home was named HIA Best Northern Victoria Display Home of the Year. We're not the biggest builder in the area. We're not trying to be. We're a specialist team that takes on 6 to 7 projects a year and gives each one everything we've got.

Two Generations of Builders
B&H Homes was founded by Joshua's father, who built the company on a simple principle: build homes you'd be proud to live in yourself. That principle has guided every project we've taken on ever since.
Joshua now leads the business with the same commitment to quality that defined it from the start. Our 10Fifty2 flagship display home was built in part to honour that legacy. Joshua's a perfectionist who refuses to cut corners, even when it'd be easier or cheaper to do so.
That perfectionism shows in the work. It shows in the attention to detail in every join. It shows in the materials we choose. And it shows in the way our clients talk about their homes years after handover.
A New Chapter
Grown From Our Roots
For most of our history, B&H Homes was known for building heritage-style rural homesteads. You could drive through the Albury region and pick a B&H home from the road. Our clients knew us for period charm, quality craftsmanship, and homes that stood the test of time.
But the world has changed, and so have we. Our latest display homes, the 10Fifty2 and the 10Fifty2 Horizon, represent a new direction: contemporary rural architecture that takes the clean, honest forms of the Australian landscape and turns them into modern, liveable homes.
We haven't abandoned our roots. We've grown from them. The same care, the same craftsmanship, and the same commitment to rural building now comes wrapped in a contemporary design language that our clients have been asking for.
